Your Feedback: Phil picked us up and returned us to Bodmin Parkway Station. Our train was delayed due to trees on the track. When I contacted him, he told me no worries, just keep him updated on time of arrival. As an American who knew no other way to make it to Treknow, I was relieved to know he wouldn’t leave us stranded. Phil knows the area and shares that knowledge with you. Most cab companies, I'm sure, wouldn't have 

a) waited for our delayed train to arrive on Friday and 

b) not charge extra.

They confirmed my booking within minutes even though it was made late at night. 

The driver met me at the airport and took me straight to my destination.
