early morning / 24hr service.

Terms and conditions

When you hire us to take you to your destination the taxi meter will be engaged.

If you have been quoted a price before your journey then the quoted price is what you will pay.

If however the quoted price is more than what is shown on the meter then the meter price is what you will pay,

that way you will not pay more than what is quoted.

The only exception to this is if there is a change to your journey.

For example, but not limited to, a stop at the shops en route,

a diversion to collect extra passengers or the pickup or destination isn't what was quoted for.

We do not charge more for delayed trains as we keep an eye on the arrival times

 except where the train is delayed after 9pm then the night time rate will be used.

If your train is delayed beyond the 21.15 cut off for our normall working hours we will

still collect you unless there is a severe delay but would keep you informed during

your train journey.

Please allow enough time for your journey especially

if the trip is to the station at Bodmin.

If you are travelling from Padstow, Constantine, Rock, Polzeath, Port Isaac or Tintagel etc

then please allow 1 hour for the journey to Bodmin Parkway as we cannot be held responsible for a missed  train if you do not allow enough time for your taxi ride.

If in doubt please double check with us, we will only too happy to help.

Prices may also vary on bank or public holidays.

Any bookings require confirmation by Carbis Cabs dependent on availability and

number of passengers and or luggage requirements,

 so we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our office ours are generally 9 am to 6pm Monday to Saturday,

if you require a taxi outside of these times please allow 24 hours notice.

So whether you need to get to Bodmin Parkway or need picking up from Bodmin Parkway we can help.

Please note that we are not open to take calls 24 hours a day,

this is because we are a small family run business.
